SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days after payment is received, but for larger items or special orders dispatch date might be negotiated individually if it differs. Delivery to Latvia can take 6-8 working days. Delivery time for Europe and the rest of the world is negotiated individually.
For destinations outside European Union, please be mindful of any customs charges that
may apply in your destination country. We are not aware of customs policies and can’t
predict these extra charges if they occur, so it’s up to you to cover these. If you’re not
sure, contacting your local customs office for further info will be helpful.
Please mind that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
Due to external force majeure factors deliveries can be delayed. However, we will
inform about estimated delivery time and keep in touch about any possible changes.
Please keep in mind that leather is natural material- color, texture and thickness varies and there may be slight differences between the photo and the product you receive.

If you received faulty, incorrect product or product was damaged during the delivery, please see
ITEMS RETURNED BECAUSE THEY ARE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT area and contact us, so we can get this sorted for you.
